Overview
The Patient Services Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of Patient Services. This includes, but is not limited to, the accountability for the weekly staffing requirements, retail food areas and the assurance of the highest level of food quality, presentation and customer service. Qualifications Certifications: Food Handler's certification within 30 days of hire Work Experience: 1+ year(s) in hospitality Knowledge/Skill: Knowledge and understanding of the hospitality industry, food production, and customer service. Works independently to complete tasks within required time frame. Manages in a hands-on fashion. Ability to multi-task and maintain a pleasant disposition. Responsibilities Stocks the area, open or closes tray line 5 days a week, monitors the cleanliness of the tray line area, delivery carts and tray return carts; balances daily cash receipts and prepares deposits if needed and oversees general operations of the patient tray line. Assists with interviews for prospective staff, assists with hiring and disciplinary processes as needed. Manages daily staffing requirements for patient services. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $18.05per hour - $29.24per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
