Are you a logistics professional ready to drive global impact? Trimble, a leader in transforming global industries, is seeking a Global Logistics Specialist to optimize our supply chain and navigate international operations.

What You Will Do

In this key role, you'll manage the flow of products, navigating customs, coordinating transportation, and ensuring our solutions reach customers globally. You'll help maintain compliance, minimize costs, and serve as a primary resource for global shipping inquiries, including documentation, customs issues, and dangerous goods handling.

• Master Global Movement: Coordinate end-to-end logistics, from pickup to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective transportation.

• Champion Compliance: Interpret and apply U.S. and international trade laws, managing critical documentation (Commercial Invoices, SLI, BOL, DGD, etc.) and ensuring adherence to customs and dangerous goods regulations.

• Optimize & Innovate: Streamline SOPs, audit logistics costs, resolve shipment exceptions, and contribute to tariff mitigation strategies.

• Be the Go-To Guru: Act as the primary contact for internal and external customers, providing expert guidance, tracking shipments, and resolving claims.

• Drive Efficiency: Manage customs documentation, administer ACE, and maintain HTS product code databases.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• 4+ years of experience in global logistics.

• Strong understanding of US Export Controls and Customs Regulations (certification required).

• Expertise in Harmonized Tariff Classification and Schedule B (certification required).

• Proficiency with Incoterms 2020 (class required).

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

• Industry certifications (CUSECO, CES, CCS, APICS) and Dangerous Goods shipping experience are a plus!
