Catholic Charities Maine's Behavioral Health Network is expanding! We're proud to oversee the new Freedom House, a 24/7 residence located on State Street in Portland. This safe and supportive home serves women who have experienced chronic homelessness, substance use disorders, domestic violence, incarceration and other challenges. We are actively recruiting Part-Time and Full-Time Residential Mentors for day, evening, and overnight coverage to join our team and help launch this impactful program. About the Role: As a Residential Mentor, you'll provide direct support, mentorship, and structure to residents facing behavioral health challenges. You'll work closely with a compassionate clinical team to implement personalized care plans, assist with life skill development, and create a safe, nurturing environment. Whether you're helping someone navigate daily routines or responding calmly in a moment of crisis, your presence will make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities:
