This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

The Electronics Repair Technician is responsible for performing functional and diagnostic tests on electronic circuit boards and assemblies to ensure product quality and compliance with design specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of electronic principles, troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to operate specialized test equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The work model for the role is: Onsite at Bartlesville, OK Facility

This role is contributing to the Process Automation, Measurement and Analytics business area in USA.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Conduct functional, in-circuit, and diagnostic tests on electronic circuit boards and assemblies.

  • Operate and maintain automated test equipment (ATE) and manual testing instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and signal generators.

  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of board failures, documenting test results and corrective actions.

  • Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and engineering documentation to support test procedures and troubleshooting activities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve product issues and improve testing processes.

  • Perform board-level rework, soldering, and component replacement as needed to support troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, ESD controls, and quality management systems.

Qualifications for the role

  • Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent military training or work experience).

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or related manufacturing roles.

  • Prior experience soldering small electronic components is recommended.

  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit theory, and troubleshooting techniques.

  • Proficiency in using electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, and power supplies.

  • Advanced soldering skills for rework and component replacement.

  • You are currently able to work in the US without Visa sponsorship.
