Description
The Executive Assistant supports two C-suite leaders at our Minnetonka headquarters. This high-visibility, fast-paced role requires sound judgment, discretion, and communication skills. The Executive Assistant will play an important role in enabling the effectiveness of two senior leaders by managing complex schedules, coordinating cross-functional meetings, handling sensitive information, and serving as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, and will ensure continuity, efficiency, and high-level support. Key Accountabilities:

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work from the designated office, Minnetonka, MN, 5 days a week. The full salary range for this position is $68,600-$118,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
