Our Modern, Flexible Workplace: Summary of the Job: About This Role: Key Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and coordinate compliance related projects. Steps included in eachproject may include: reading and interpreting new regulatory requirements, developing and updating project plans, working with impacted business units and risk partners, updating management on project status, and producing summary project summary documentation. 2. Coordinate or complete other special projects as assigned. 3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking laws and regulations related to general banking and their impact on First National Bank of Omaha business units. 4. Provide subject matter expertise and consultative services to business units as requested. 5. Exhibit professional behavior and promote positive working relationships. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

The Ideal Candidate for This Role: Preference given to employees who are knowledgeable and adept at utilizing new and emerging technologies. Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation: Compensation range (base pay): $80,061.00-$132,099.00This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
