Yale Electric Supply, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Sales/Warehouse associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Southampton, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers at the counter, via email, and phone.
• Process orders by quoting products, prices, delivery specifications, offering substitute products where appropriate.
• Perform project management on job quotes and open orders
• Provide follow-up for customer quotes on lost sales
• Assist Outside Sales personnel by processing priority transactions
• Establish and maintain customer relationships, communications with customers, and co-workers to provide technical information
• General warehouse work: stock put away, pulling orders, shipping orders, inventory preparation
• Participate in training opportunities to enhance and maintain personal and product knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5+ Years experience within the electrical distribution industry
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, familiarity with Solar ERP is a plus.
• Quick Learner of vendor lighting, gear products, and related software, with the ability to apply knowledge in practical setting.
• Physically capable of lifting and transporting materials up to 50lbs regularly, with occasional lifting beyond that weight.
• Comfortable climbing ladders in a safe and stable environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Must exhibit a team first attitude with commitment to punctuality.
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• Articulate and well organized
• Driven to succeed, motivated by rewards and incentives
• Can handle objection and adversity with professionalism
