Make an Impact We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Global Compensation & Payroll to join our Total Rewards & Diversity team at Fossil Group. This leadership role, based in our beautiful Dallas location, will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and managing global compensation and equity programs that reinforce a high-performance culture, align with our business strategy, and drive employee engagement. In addition to compensation, this role will lead our global payroll operations and retirement program strategy, ensuring compliant and efficient processes that support our diverse workforce across multiple regions. As a trusted advisor to leadership, you will ensure our compensation and retirement programs are competitive, equitable, and globally compliant. Key Responsibilities:
