The Senior Sales Operations Analyst will work in conjunction with the Executive Director, National Partnerships, to enhance the new business prospecting and sales process as well as coordinating efforts with new business sales activities. This position is responsible for overseeing the support of the sales division's needs through driving project development, management and/or leadership of complex and strategic cross-division local projects from inception to completion. This position is also responsible for consultative oversight, solution development and tracking on the implementation and enhancements of strategies, tactics, programs and technology related to group market net growth, products, benefits and operational processes. This position interacts with all levels of management and staff, including senior management, as well as keeping executive sponsors updated and engaged.

RFP/Proposal Support
*Independently initiate and manage the overall RFP process. Including but not limited to SalesForce, coordinating with internal partners for responses, managing internal timelines and follow ups, and other sales strategy support as needed.
*Collaborate with RFP team to manage and monitor RFP site, validate RFP specification forms, and provide oversight to team working on proposals.
*Collaborative relationship with Executive Director, Sales Operations, and other business areas for planning, deployment, product portfolio support/input and other needs as requested/determined in support of RFP requirements.
Sales Strategy
*Lead development of sales/marketing strategies in partnership with Executive Director to improve net growth results.
*Prospecting efforts using tools and resources including but not limited to LinkedIn, BenefitFlow, etc.
*Engage with external contacts for the purpose of additional prospecting opportunities.
*Identify potential sales opportunities at strategically aligned conferences.
*Create and maintain all necessary reporting for pipeline and forecast tracking.
*Actively participate and engage in meetings to support content development for sales and finalist presentations
*Attend internal and external meetings as required.
*Provide other support as needed.
Marketing/Writing Support
*Using your industry experience partner with key stakeholders to enhance marketing materials for health systems and direct to employer sales
*Collaborate with marketing teams to align on enhanced verbiage for RFP responses
*Leverage marketing collateral and integrate with RFP team to confirm consistency within external marketing and RFP responses
*Collaborate and lead the direction of external promotional opportunities including but not limited to LinkedIn campaigns, conferences, and speaking engagements with the Marketing team.
*Other duties as needed/assigned.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' experience working in a TPA, broker or insurance setting or High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 9+ years' experience in a TPA, broker or insurance setting
*Experience managing projects including leading large cross-functional workgroups through entire project lifecycle and meeting deadlines.
*Experience with Salesforce
*Experience handling Request for Proposals (RFPs).
*Knowledge of health insurance products, trends, business intelligence.
*Knowledge of sales channels and sales processes & techniques.
*Analytical skills and experience including developing reports.
*Experience analyzing problems, providing recommendations for improvement, and assisting in solution
*implementation.
*Knowledge of state and federal legislation and regulations applicable to health insurance.
*Organizational skills with attention to detail.
*Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
*PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Preferred Job Requirements
*Experience working with health insurance brokers and/or health insurance consultants.
*Experience in health insurance group sales and/or marketing.
*Previous experience with event planning, booking travel, and office management

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Min to Max Range:

$66,300.00 - $124,500.00
