While Galls is headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky this role may be performed remotely within the U.S. by candidates who can work Eastern Time Zone hours. The Site Merchant is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for shaping the customer journey and enhancing the online shopping experience. This position oversees various aspects of digital product management, including product onboarding accuracy, visual merchandising, product content strategies, and campaign planning and execution. The Site Merchant will drive impact and innovation to create a seamless online shopping experience that supports the success of our eCommerce business. This role requires a high level of collaboration with the merchandising division to optimize our onsite assortment, ensuring competitive pricing on key items and that digital creative effectively showcases products to motivate consumer purchases. In this role, you will lead the holistic content strategy by leveraging trends and customer insights to create a cohesive narrative that enhances the customer experience. You will manage the product and brand launch calendar, oversee site functionality including navigation, hierarchy, search, and browse features, and facilitate new product onboarding. Identifying key brand stories and defining the storytelling roadmap will be essential, as will enhancing brand discovery through effective use of taxonomy and search functionalities. You will also be responsible for managing the short- term and long-term site merchandising strategy for seasonal campaigns and events, translating assortment strategies into actionable site strategies and experiences. Your responsibilities will include driving campaign strategy, planning, and execution, providing insights to Merchant partners based on historical campaign performance and customer behavior to inform future strategies. You will execute campaign activities within agreed timeframes and quality levels, offering feedback on campaign effectiveness. Additionally, you will leverage data and analytical insights to set goals, measure success, and refine the strategic content mix. Monitoring site health through the development of metrics and dashboards will be crucial, as will advising internal teams to improve processes and identify opportunities for best practices. You will also focus on operational excellence, developing workflows and processes that enhance team capabilities and performance. What You'll Do:

What You Bring: * 3-5 years of experience in fast-paced eCommerce environments in site merchandising. * 3-5 years of experience in category management or merchandising for a pure play. * Strong understanding of online shopping behaviors and customer needs. * Ability to use data and insights for informed decision-making. * Focus on operational excellence and identifying opportunities for improvement. * Strong leadership and influence skills to create impact through partnership. Nice-to-haves * Experience with digital marketing strategies. * Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools. * Knowledge of SEO best practices for product visibility. What We offer:
