Pay information



  • Pay Level: 023
  • FLSA Category: Exempt - Salaried
  • Individual pay will be based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, internal equity, and other relevant factors.

A day in the life

As an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and coach, providing both strategic and hands-on support in areas like workforce planning, performance management, organizational design, and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the business while growing your HR expertise.

Your responsibilities will include



  • Partner with leaders to support talent management, including performance, separations, promotions, and role changes.
  • Act as a coach and advisor to line leaders to support employee development and execute HR programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership and employees to improve working relationships, build morale, and cultivate a positive culture.
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between line leaders and HR to ensure services are aligned with business needs and continuously improved.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop and implement solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends to inform strategy.
  • Manage specific HR projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Interpret and implement policies while supporting organizational growth and capacity.


What You Need to Succeed



  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Bring at least 3 years of hands-on HR experience across multiple functional areas-like performance management, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and organizational design. (5+ years is even better!)
  • Thrive in environments where you can coach leaders, build relationships, and influence positive change.
  • Skilled in navigating organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession strategies with a strategic mindset.
  • Know how to manage projects and contribute to cross-functional initiatives with confidence and clarity.
  • Stay current on progressive HR practices and trends, and you're always looking for ways to improve the employee experience.
  • Be comfortable using data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Hold or are working toward a PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred, but not required)


Equivalent combination of education, experience or training determined to be acceptable by Human Resources may be substituted, unless regulated by contract or program standards.
