Mgr Data Analytics and Automation

Develops global data analytics framework and platform strategy to provide meaningful insights and drive automation opportunities within the various Finance functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Leads a team of data analysts to examine and evaluate data sources and platforms.

• Builds and promotes advanced analytics capabilities to extract insights from data resources and improve decision-making across the business.

• Conducts root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve performance of people, processes, and technology across finance functions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive automation and process improvement strategies to meet organizational needs.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Domicile/Location:

• This position will be hybrid in Collierville, Tennessee and candidates must live withina 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at the FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related quantitative discipline is required.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience within a finance discipline. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements.

Significant analytical and financial analysis skills required.

Significant project/process management experience including process redesign/automation.

Strong leadership and collaboration building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.

Proven ability to innovate, develop and produce high quality results on a consistent basis.

Proficient with MS office applications.

Required to work on the leading edge of technology, tools, and methodology. Required to have a strong aptitude for learning new tools and methodology.

Must possess the ability to understand how new tools/methodology can be implemented to solve business problems.

Ability to effectively present information to management, end users, co-workers, or vendors.

Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to perform complex tasks with limited direction.

This position will be domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.

Relocation assistance may be available based upon business needs.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in project management, process redesign/automation.

Pay: $8,452.14/month - $14,368.63/month

Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN. This position may be eligible for relocation.
