Responsible for guiding and coordinating the efforts of assigned project workgroups. Provides project coordination and administrative support for departmental functions. Qualifications EDUCATION Associate's degree in healthcare or a business related field required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred. EXPERIENCE Three (3) + years of experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS Ability to organize resources and establish priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative team environment. Knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical workflow, operating systems, policies and procedures. Ability to organize, lead and hold self and others accountable. Ability to delegate effectively. Ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and consultants at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of project management software tools as well as strong desktop tool usage including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. PHYSICAL DEMAND Requires traveling throughout the YNHH medical center, between campuses and other delivery networks to perform project duties and attend meetings.
