Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations (DOCO) the Associate Director of Campus Operations (ADOCO) supports the Director of Campus Operations in leading the day-to-day academic and operational functions at the campus. This role serves as a key partner in ensuring alignment with university, accreditation, and regulatory standards while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and student success.

The ADOCO plays an integral role in the coordination of campus academic administration, faculty support, student services, and facilities management. The ADOCO collaborates with program leadership, student-facing staff, and other departments to foster a high-quality learning environment and promote operational excellence.

Education/Experience Requirements:



  • Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
  • Two-years of Higher Education or Adult Learning experience.


Preferred Education and Experience



  • Experience with healthcare education programs.
  • Familiarity with campus operations or program administration.
  • Experience with regulatory and accreditation processes.
  • Management experience within education.


Pay:
Compensation is determined based on the qualifications, experience, and circumstances of each hire. It is uncommon for new employees to start near the top of the salary range. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a tuition waiver and reimbursement program, health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan. The salary range for this position is $105,400 to $142,600.

Responsibilities:

Strategic and Operational Support



  • Assist the DOCO in implementing strategic campus priorities and initiatives.
  • Support the coordination and execution of campus projects, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
  • Serve as liaison for assigned functional areas, providing updates to the DOCO and contributing to strategic decision-making.


Academics and Student Services Oversight



  • Partner with Program Chairs, Department Chairs, and Student Services staff to ensure the effective delivery of academic programs and student support.
  • Support the monitoring of student retention, learning outcomes, and satisfaction metrics; assist in implementing data-informed strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate and follow up on student and faculty concerns, escalating complex issues to the DOCO as needed.
  • Ensure faculty are meeting university performance expectations and abiding to university policy and procedures.


Faculty and Staff Engagement



  • Assist in onboarding, scheduling, and coordinating training and development for faculty and staff.
  • Collaborate on classroom observations and performance reviews under the guidance of the DOCO.
  • Promote a positive campus culture that reflects the values of respect, professionalism, and collaboration.
  • Support performance management and development initiatives as guided by the DOCO.


Student Services Support



  • In collaboration with the assigned team member(s), provide comprehensive academic advising and student support services, including guidance on personal and academic challenges, program offerings, course scheduling, registration processes, and policy compliance interventions.
  • Conduct new student orientations and facilitate ADA accommodations to ensure equitable access to educational resources and services.
  • Mediate student-faculty concerns while analyzing retention data to identify at-risk students and implement targeted intervention strategies in collaboration with campus personnel.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive support solutions for students experiencing academic or personal difficulties through coordinated efforts with faculty and staff.


Compliance and Accreditation Support



  • Ensure adherence to university policies and regulatory standards across assigned areas.
  • Assist with gathering and organizing documentation for programmatic accreditation and internal audits.
  • Maintain records and reports required for compliance with state, federal, and accreditation bodies.


Location Operations and Facilities



  • Support coordination of facility scheduling, classroom usage, and vendor services.
  • Monitor campus resource needs and communicate with DOCO regarding operational enhancements.
  • Assist in planning campus events, Program Advisory Board meetings, and other academic-related activities.


Communication



  • Must be capable of writing in a clear and communicative manner and delivering organized, informative presentations.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to present ideas effectively to individuals or groups.
  • Demonstrates professionalism in documents prepared for submission to regulators or the Home Office.
  • Ability to constructively participate in meetings with students, staff, faculty, and other members of management.
  • Ability to tailor presentations to suit the needs and characteristics of the audience.
  • Understand the needs of multigenerational workforce and student population.
  • Identify and deliver timely and effective performance feedback.
  • Accurately represents campus and system perspectives when sharing improvement opportunities.

      Physical and Other Requirements



      • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
      • Ability to move about readily and rapidly, if necessary, around campus, classrooms, clinical settings, etc., to access classrooms, desks, students, office machinery, clinics, patients, etc.
      • Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students, staff and colleagues.
      • Visually or otherwise identify, observe and assess.
      • Operate equipment specific to programmatic track, personal computer, audio-visual equipment, etc.
      • Travel to off-site meetings or conferences or to observe students during clinical education at off-site clinical settings.
