As a CPS Solutions, LLC Vice President, Salesyouwillmanage business development activities for CPS Pharmacy Services for the Central or Southwestregion of the U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new business with hospitals atthe head of Pharmacy and C-suite leader level
  • Develop new, strategic relationships withthe head of Pharmacy and C-suite leaders
  • Collaborate with key operations peers on prospect assessments and needs analysis
  • Build and present value added proposals and presentations to the the head of Pharmacy and C-suite level
  • Drive new contract growth forthe assigned areas of responsibility
This position reports to theSenior Vice President, Sales.
Salary range: $175k annual base salary plus commission
Schedule: This full-time, exempt role will work at least 40 hours per week ,hours may be long and irregular; includes evenings and weekends, as necessary. Travel required by air and car up to 50% but varies based on division supported.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Three or more years of related high-level sales experience/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must reside in the Central or Southwest region of U.S.
  • Residence near major airport
  • Able to travel by air approximately 50% of the time away from home location
  • Ability to travel away from home location by air or car
  • Ability to meet company standards for a Motor Vehicle Report
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and client-level personnel
  • Adept at using computer technology tools, MS Office suite to communicate and develop presentations
