Are You Our Next Site Coordinator?
Do you thrive on solving problems, tackling challenges under pressure, and delivering exceptional results? If so, we're looking for a Site Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful impact!

In this role, reporting directly to the Site Manager, you'll be the vital link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth operations at our customer's site. Your ability to respond with urgency, maintain effective communication, and manage technical aspects of the job will be essential to your success

Here's how you'll make an impact:



  • Respond Quickly to Line Halts: Act with urgency to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
  • Install and Optimize Tools: Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Diagnose and resolve tool-related problems to avoid production delays.
  • Perform Maintenance: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
  • Communicate Effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness


You will report daily to our customer's facility at John Deere located in Moline, IL. This is a 3rd shift opening, 10pm-6:30am Sunday through Thursday, with occasional overtime as needed. Flexibility is essential as schedules may change based on company needs.

To Succeed, You Will Need:



  • Experience: 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
  • Physical Requirements: Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
