Position Summary:

The Director of Revenue Recognition is a strategic finance leader responsible for revenue recognition, optimization, and AR oversight in alignment with GAAP and healthcare standards. This cross-functional role partners with teams across Revenue Cycle Management, Operations, Legal, and FP&A to ensure financial clarity, contract integrity, and effective revenue forecasting. They will be accountable for ensuring accurate, consistent, and auditable revenue reporting while partnering cross-functionally to improve execution and drive automation.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.

Healthcare Revenue Experience: Proven experience in the healthcare sector is a must.

Extensive Experience: 10+ years in revenue accounting, including 4+ years in a leadership role.

Expertise in Key Areas: Strong skills in modeling, AR strategy, contract structuring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Audit Proficiency: Experience managing external auditor interfaces, technical memos, and audit readiness workstreams.

Process Scaling Success: Demonstrated success in scaling Revenue Recognition processes, including close acceleration and control enhancement.
