KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES *Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. *Skilled in customer service techniques *Skilled in problem-solving *Skilled in consultation and networking QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Master's Degree in a human services related field Years of Experience Experience providing mental health services preferred.
