As a Central Operations Communication & Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in preparing our employees for exciting changes as part of our Organizational Change Management (OCM) team. Your work in communications and change management will help ensure people readiness for change and drive successful adoption of technology, policy, and process enhancements within the CFO organization.
You will be part of a dynamic and creative OCM team that supports multiple projects and corporate programs. You will work closely with project teams, business stakeholders, company executives and PTC Employee Communications in your role. Your Day-To-Day:
- Maintain communications and change management plans
- Draft announcements, FAQs, and success stories
- Manage communication review cycles with approvers
- Support stakeholder identification and assessment
- Work with project teams to understand and document change impacts
- Develop and execute engagement/public relations campaigns
- Manage multiple digital communications channels as an administrator
- Coordinate and execute communications distribution
- Organize and facilitate communications and awareness events
- Create and manage distribution lists & templates
- Perform engagement metrics tracking and analysis
- Create, publish, and maintain digital content on multiple internal platforms, such as SharePoint and company intranet
- Design and produce engagement videos
- Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Partner Network Communications on customer and partner-facing content
Preferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize work, manage tasks and deadlines, and flex to business needs
- Detail-oriented and attention to accuracy
- Experience maintaining communication plans, project plans and/or editorial calendars
- Ability to translate technical language into digestible communication for general audiences
- Fast learner and open to feedback
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Creative and curious; not afraid to seek answers and develop solutions.
- Can take direction from and support multiple team members

Preferred Experience:
- Preferred familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook mail templates, company intranet
- Experience with design and/or multimedia development
- Technology/software and/or finance communications experience is a plus
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications/public relations (including internship experience)
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Has the ability to commute into the Boston office twice a week
