* Lead Low Voltage Technician - TEKsystems (Nashville Office Rebuild)* We're seeking a motivated Lead Low Voltage Technician to join the team and support the rebuild of TEKsystems' Nashville office. You'll work hands-on with voice, data, and fire alarm systems, overseeing projects and ensuring flawless system performance while collaborating with internal and external clients. * Responsibilities Include:* * Program, start-up, troubleshoot and commission new low-voltage system installations * Perform basic point-to-point testing on Fire Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Calls, and Intercoms * Communicate clearly with project leads and clients regarding status and challenges * Assist on system installs and identify design/integration issues * Review contracts and technical documents for accuracy before install * Conduct code-compliant inspections of alarm installations * Complete thorough project reports and respond to emergency service calls * Maintain strong written and verbal communication with field teams and clients * Deliver detail-focused resolutions in a timely and cost-effective manner * Work variable shifts based on PM/GM assignments * Participate in rotating on-call schedule * Maintain regular, in-person attendance during business hours * Perform additional duties as assigned * Required Skills:* * Cat6 installation & cable routing * Fire alarm setup and testing * Access control systems installation * General low-voltage troubleshooting * Additional Qualifications:* * Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Nurse Call, and Intercom systems * Technical and computer proficiency * Strong verbal and written communication * Ability to safely operate lifts and climb ladders * Experience with hand tools and multimeter usage * Ability to read and interpret drawings and manuals * Comfortable reporting to Project Managers and following instructions * Experience Level:* Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
