* Service Technician - TEKsystems (Enterprise A/V Systems)* TEKsystems is hiring experienced Service Technicians to support enterprise-level clients across San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles. We're seeking 5+ year installers ready to transition into service or seasoned techs already servicing advanced systems. This role focuses on Crestron and AMX equipment and requires professionalism, customer interface experience, and strong technical troubleshooting skills. Travel is local, with mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use. * Responsibilities Include:* * Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Crestron DM/NVX and AMX control systems * Maintain audio-video systems in executive boardrooms and conference centers * Service video teleconferencing and AVoIP networks (LAN/WAN/Internet) * Support DSP systems, amplifiers, speakers, microphones * Handle projection displays, video walls, and digital signage * Perform light RF systems work (analog/digital) * Conduct preventative maintenance and perform site surveys * Write accurate service reports and technical evaluations * Lead and mentor junior field service technicians * Manage multiple service projects with tight timelines * Interface professionally with enterprise clients * Navigate confined or elevated workspaces safely * Core Skills Required:* * Audiovisual system support * Crestron / AMX troubleshooting * Cat6 installation & tracing * Video conferencing systems * Enterprise A/V integrations * Customer-facing service work * Top Skills You'll Bring:* * Audiovisual * Cat6 * Audio * Service * Video conferencing * Installation * Additional Qualifications:* * Minimum 3 years field service experience * 2-year technical diploma or equivalent experience * CTS certification preferred * Clean driving record & valid license * Own basic hand tools; multimeter proficiency required * Able to lift 50+ lbs and work at height * Comfortable in tight, hot, or cold environments * BG check required * Top Secret DoD Clearance is a plus * Experience Level:* Expert Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.98 - $40.98/hr.
