What You'll Do: * Handle incoming email inquiries related to tickets and provide excellent customer support, effectively responded to 140+ emails per day. * Investigate missing claims, determine eligibility, and coordinate compensation with users. * Stay current on internal policies, procedures, and promotional campaigns to ensure accurate support. * Review customer interactions and emails to maintain high service standards. * Work closely with internal admin, product, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve user experience. * Help update FAQs and support documentation. * Collect and share user feedback to inform product improvements. What You Need: * High School Diploma or GED * 1+ year of customer service experience (email/chat support a plus) * Proficiency with keyboard shortcuts (e.g., Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V) * Typing speed of at least 50 WPM Skills & Attributes: * Strong written and verbal communication * Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities * High attention to detail and accuracy * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email platforms * Empathetic, proactive, resilient, and innovative mindset Other Details: This position sits 100% onsite in Beloit, WI. Shift is Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
