Description What our team does on a daily basis - we make outbound phone calls to people who have expressed interest (or sometimes have not) in our retirement offloading. In the conversation we are really trying to understand the needs of their business or what their transition plans looks like. We offer a solution which is our Full Service Platform - a virtual platform we leverage for their clients to be able to file their taxes. How it works for the tax professional - based on every client that files tax return with us, they get 50% of the cost of the tax return. So not only are they finding a safe place for their clients to land, but in addition they are compensated for that time. This is not a standard sales role where we are looking to have a completed transaction at the end of the call by getting credit/debit card information. The way we measure success is based on the contracts signed, in order to be a part of the referral program they have to sign a contract relinquishing their clients to us and allowing us to peruse their clients so we can get them engaged in our full service platform. Making sure they feel comfortable, reassured and they have clarity around what transition into our platform looks like which is where that sales piece comes into the role. Additional Skills & Qualifications CRM experience - they use salesforce Outbound consultative sales experience Ideally having experience with a start up organization. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
