Our team creates customer-facing technical documentation for Microsoft Intune, a cloud-based endpoint management solution that admins can use to manage end-user access to organizational resources, as well as apps and devices within an organization. ResponsibilitiesCreate world-class content for web, in-product, and AI-mediated experiences. Words matter, and you'll use the right phrasing and guidance to inform and empower our customers. Partner with engineering, marketing, support, and other internal teams on end-to-end customer scenarios, helping ensure a consistent and coherent experience across products. Define the content strategy for your assigned areas, influence others, and help align teams on targeted scenarios. Plan, write, test, and maintain technical content for a primarily IT admin audience. Leverage an evolving AI toolset in the creation and maintenance of technical content. Review and use content data to help inform content strategy and develop your knowledge of customer needs and industry trends. |
