Core Linen Services is a leader in hospital and hospitality laundry processing services around the country. Our focus is on service, quality and safety which enable our clients to provide essential services to their patients and guests. The Company operates across 20+ states and is a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, based in Miami, FL. Job Summary: This HR Business Partner role will support members of CORE Linen's leadership and office management team. The role requires comprehensive knowledge and experience working across the full employee lifecycle. The position encompasses responsibilities across talent acquisition, pre-boarding, onboarding, labor and employee relations, HR data and analytics, engagement, benefits, cba and policy interpretation, offboarding, and compliance-among other key initiatives and projects. Role is hybrid, based out of CORE Linen's headquarters in Charlotte (Huntersville), NC.
