The Business Operations Manager role within our Sales Strategy & Business Ops team will act as a trusted business advisor to sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams as Snowflake seeks acquisitions and strategic partnerships as building blocks to accelerate multi-product GTM growth. This position naturally will have a high visibility with wide exposure to the range of functions, and their leaderships. The successful candidate must be able to roll-up their sleeves, learn technical solutions, understand addressable synergistic opportunities in short and long term, and work directly with the data to discern strategic insights. They will be passionate about the Snowflake product, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. They will have superb communication and relationship skills, outstanding analytic insight, and be a passionate advocate for their customers to other internal stakeholders. Active collaboration with cross-functional members will be crucial to the successful execution of the responsibilities. They will drive towards simple, scalable solutions to difficult problems, have excellent project-management skills, and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
