Reporting to the VP of Global Business Operations, Majesco is seeking a Manager of Global Business Operations responsible for supporting multiple projects across the organization. This individual will be successful through their development, documentation and maintenance of best-practices and governance, reporting and insights, project and resource prioritization strategy, external partner management, skills development & tracking, and supporting the strategic priorities of Majesco's Services & Support practices. This is a Remote First Position which can be performed from most locations across the US; however, this role will work with a blend of IST and EST hours supporting both our US and India business groups. All About the Role: Meticulous Project Management:
- Deep understanding of project management and SDLC
- Design, execute, and deliver on one or more initiatives across the Global Business Operations function
- Ensure projects are prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the business
- Ensure the right people have access to the right information to make informed decisions
- Monitor and measure projects in terms of planned time and budget
- Lead ongoing risk assessments and mitigations across projects
- Track progress of projects through PMO tools
- Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners
Create and Deliver Project Reporting:
- Provide status on overall progress and health of projects
- Report status of milestones and deliverables across initiatives
- Measure operational efficiency and project performance
- Track various programs and portfolio performance KPIs
Establish Best Practices for Project Effectiveness
- Create and leverage project templates
- Build knowledge sharing and best practice adoption into the culture of the team
- Lead the optimization of established methodology and processes for data driven customer management
Enhance Resource Management Process:
- Develop a deep understanding of client delivery projects
- Define opportunities for improved processes to maximize practitioner impact
- Help implement resource management strategy
- Measure resource management strategy effectiveness through data-based analysis

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives, preferably with software companies or consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, top-tier management)
- 3+ years of progressive experience in resource management function in professional services
- Strong knowledge of human capital focused initiatives including L&D, skills development/tracking, organizational design and change management
- Excitement to dive into the data, analyze and draw insights
- Ability to apply structured problem-solving methods to address issues and drive root cause
- Skilled communicator and proven relationship builder, able to operate within a multitude of formal and informal networks while managing the competing interests of varied stakeholders
- Ability to work successfully with external vendors and strategic partners to maximize value and accelerate change
- Experience operating in, and driving alignment and consensus in a complex and matrix environment
- Proven ability to interact with and influence peers and senior management in a complex, geographically dispersed organization
- Self-directed, dynamic and customer-centric change-agent who thrives in a challenging and changing environment
- Exceptional strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and storyboarding skills
- Ability to influence without authority and a high degree of comfort with ambiguity
- Detail-orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred
- Experience in insurance industry / operations or consulting firms (e.g., Big Four, top-tier management)
- Working knowledge in multiple areas of insurance, software, operations, consulting, and/or enterprise transformation
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development through ongoing education
What Majesco Offers: Majesco is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US.
