Pay Range: $136,000.00-$170,000.00
This position serves as a member of the CLO's leadership team and provides strategic and operational support for Legal Affairs, Risk Management, Compliance, and Corporate Secretarial functions. Responsibilities include external spend management, internal financial planning, legal digital strategy and technology implementations, entity management, corporate filings, information governance, and cost control and risk mitigation initiatives. Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited university
- 10+ years of relevant professional work experience within a complex organization
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills as well as the ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior management
- Knowledge of nonprofit governance in a healthcare environment
- Experience setting up processes, workflows and KPIs for a legal organization
- Experience managing external counsel relationships and budget oversight
- Experience evaluating and implementing legal technology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products, Westlaw, Lexis and other legal research platforms, and electronic billing and matter management tools
