City/State: Yonkers, New York Grant Funded: No Department: LN - ORG Development & Talent Work Shift: Day Work Days: DAYS VARY Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 7.5 HOURS Pay Range: $96,000.00-$120,000.00 Enables the success of Montefiore's strategic priorities by leading a broad range of organization development (OD), talent management, change management, learning, and employee experience initiatives and programs for Montefiore Medical Center. Builds partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders across Montefiore to build alignment across interests and needs and to ensure sustainability of change and programs. Serves as a thought leader that consults to and coaches senior leaders. Leads and develops a team of OD, learning, and talent professionals. QUALIFICATIONS: Masters degree in organizational development or related field required Certifications in psychometric instruments and 360 tools to identify leaders' strengths and development needs. Coaching certification preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience inenterprise-wide change, organizational consulting, leadership development, and senior leadership team development. Minimum of 2 years experience managing teams. Skilled facilitator in leading strategy development and execution, complex decision making, and team effectiveness. Experience using a range of data collection and assessment methods to identify organizational priorities and talent needs.
