Job Summary: The Human Resources team at REVANCE is looking for an energized HR Operations Specialist to work with our team. This role will focus on HR systems support, data quality, reporting, audits and process improvement initiatives. You will partner with various functions and levels across the organization to provide operationally efficient solutions utilizing technology. As a critical member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting our onboarding initiatives and act as technical point of contact and subject matter expert that ensures data integrity, standardization of key processes and transactions.
