This position is within the Pharma Technical Quality Organization, which is committed to delivering the highest quality products to our patients. Within the Quality Organization, we are the Reference Standard Management (distribution) Center managing the end-to-end processes for reference standards and critical reagents for Roche's commercial products globally.

The Opportunity:

As a member of the reference standard management center, your main focus will be on supporting the management of reference standards and critical reagents-from manufacturing to distribution-to ensure the delivery of Roche products to patients.

  • You'll collaborate with cross-functional global teams, development teams, QC test sites, and CMOs.
  • You'll manage the inventory and replenishments of critical reagents to supply to QC sites testing Roche products.
  • You'll support the delivery of the reference standards and critical reagents by managing day-to-day operational activities including inventory management, warehousing, and distribution of reference standards and critical reagents.
  • You'll contribute to the organizational growth of the organization by identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Who you are:
  • You hold a B.S. or M.S. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or equivalent with a minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • You are known for your motivation as well as your independent, yet collaborative working style.
  • You possess practical knowledge of cGMP.
  • You are well known for your excellent organizational skills and a flexible approach to problem-solving.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $78,500 to $145,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
