Overview USU, Eastern is accepting applications for a full-time Coordinator Service III in Eastern Mail and Motor Pool to manage our motor pool and surplus operations. Candidates for this position should be organized, have excellent customer service skills, be professional and flexible in all tasks, be team-driven, and be highly motivated. Responsibilities The Coordinator Service III will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of Motor Pool services. This includes keeping track of maintenance schedules, reporting mileages, cleaning all vehicles after each reservation, keeping supplies stocked, and motor pool bays clean and organized. This position is in Eastern's Mail and Motor Pool services and other duties may be assigned as needed. An applicant with a CDL class C or better with a passenger endorsement is a plus.
