Job Details The Housing Coordinator serves as serves as a member of the Housing Operations team for our Center City Residential offices, responsible for supporting the University's housing operations and short-term housing program. The Housing Coordinator is responsible for managing the short-term housing program utilizing StarRez housing software and assisting with the housing operations of all three residential halls. This position manages the administrative processes for all incoming and returning residents. This position has direct contact with students, families and guests and provides assistance to all visitors in the main office. The Housing Coordinator trains and supervises the Desk Clerk staff as well. Job Description Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Manages housing application, and housing assignments for entering, transferring, and returning students Assists with maintaining the StarRez database and online assignment process Maintains a strong commitment to customer service while continuously responding to a large volume of student and parent concerns Provides administrative support to the department and liason with PMC property management group.
