We are current hiring an Employee Experience (EE) Associate to join our team! In this role, you'll provide support for Rho's Training and Human Resources efforts within the Employee Experience team. Your responsibilities include providing front-line support for the learning management system (LMS), including assigning training to appropriate employees, and maintaining training documents. You'll also have the opportunity to support scheduling and coordinating onboarding activities, provide oversight to Rho's employee recognition platform, and support other administrative duties or projects for the EE Team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the Employee Experience Business Partners as they design internal Curricula/eLearning/digital learning modules
  • Support instructor-led trainings including logistical support, material support, and coordinating with internal presenters
  • Schedule, organize, and communicate Rho's cadence of trainings
  • Maintain and update Training content via Rho's Learning Management System (LMS) as well as training assignments (via LMS) and Rho's Corporate Training Matrix
  • Disseminate and record evaluation data for training programs
  • Schedule and coordinate new hire onboarding sessions, including facilitating of sessions as needed.
  • Review and approve nominations in Rho's employee recognition platform
  • Participate in other special projects as assigned
  • BA/BS in HR, Education, Instructional Design, Communications, Visual Arts, Psychology (or related field) is preferred with1-2 years of professional work experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant and preferred education and/or work experience.
  • Experience with eLearning or digital learning preferred as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including strong Outlook calendar management skills
  • Strong Communicator: Demonstrate effective, positive and professional written, verbal and presentation skills to help showcase the successes of your work and Rho's.

As required by pay transparency laws in some states, Rho provides the range of starting compensation (annual salary or hourly rate) it reasonably expects to pay for a given role. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience. The range of starting pay for this role is $50,000-$65,000 per year.
