The Sales Manager will support the St Pierre US based sales team by organizing the various internal and external business needs, attention to detail, analysis and best in class communication.
Key Job Responsibilities:
*Support the US based sales team across a variety of critical functions and systems (both internal and external)
*Item and Customer Set Up
*Broker & Customer Support and Communications (trade announcements, one pagers, deductions and planning, sales pipeline)
*Support and Lead Promotional Planning, Optimization, Reporting and Deduction Clearing
*Organize, Develop and Ongoing Leadership of Master Data, Price Lists, Sampling, various Forecasting projects, Temporary Display process, Rack ordering and Insights based One Pagers to grow the business
*Trade Shows - plan, prepare, attend, coordinate bookings, hotels, meals, registration and ensuring 'best in class' sales/marketing materials to achieve goals
*Support internal business reporting and updates for local and global audiences
*Work 'as needed' in the pulling and analysis of syndicated and internal data to drive actionable insights
Key Behavioral Competencies:
Sales Manager will be able to:

*Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and communicate analysis and strategy with all levels of the organization
*Possess MS Office Suite fluency
*Work independently
Education and Work History:
*Bachelor's Degree. A combination of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.
*Experience in supporting sales operations in CPG or related field
*Full MS Office Suite mastery, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams
*Previous experience in syndicated data preferred
