This is a direct-hire opportunity where your attention to detail and industry knowledge will directly impact growth and customer satisfaction.

Pay & Schedule

Annual Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Employment Type: Direct Hire

What You'll Be Doing

• Analyze RFQs and determine the feasibility of new part production
• Estimate material, labor, and overhead costs for prospective jobs
• Deliver accurate and timely quotes to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with sales reps and customers to understand and exceed expectations
• Track new production outcomes and compare them against original estimates
• Use advanced software, RFQ systems, and CAD/ERP tools to create professional proposals
• Contribute to business development by identifying new parts or capability opportunities

What You Bring to the Table

• Associate's degree in industrial technology, engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of estimating experience in a manufacturing setting (metal fabrication a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel, estimating software, CAD, and ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines with accuracy
• Strong communication skills and sharp attention to detail
