Summary Director Workforce Analytics We are seeking a transformational Director of Workforce Analytics & Planning to help revolutionize how we leverage data and analytics to optimize our 70,000-person frontline workforce. This role will help drive the evolution of our analytics function toward predictive analytics and AI-enabled decision making, while building a world-class team of analytics professionals. The ideal candidate will blend deep analytical expertise with strategic business partnership skills to deliver measurable impact in workforce efficiency and effectiveness aligned with key business outcomes. Job Will Remain Open Until Filled Responsibilities The Company is one of North America's leading sales and marketing agencies specializing in outsourced sales, merchandising, category management, and marketing services to manufacturers, suppliers, and producers of food products and consumer packaged goods. The Company services a variety of trade channels including grocery, mass merchandise, specialty, convenience, drug, dollar, club, hardware, consumer electronics, and home centers. We bridge the gap between manufacturers and retailers, providing consumers access to the best products available in the marketplace today. Essential Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of our workforce analytics transformation strategy
Supervisory Responsibilities: Direct Reports Indirect Reports Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive experience
