The Position
Pharma Technical Operations, Cell & Gene Therapy (PTC) is the global team responsible for all CMC aspects of our cell and gene therapy portfolio, from development through scale-up and industrialization. Our Philadelphia site specializes in gene therapy initiatives and will be actively involved in the construction of a new Gene Therapy Innovation Center aimed at delivering transformative gene therapies to patients. This individual contributor role is a crucial component of our Capital Planning and Strategy team, focused on optimizing our financial resources to drive corporate growth and innovation. As part of this team, you will play an integral role in executing and enhancing capital processes to support annual capital planning, budget development, and the capital approval process. You will collaborate closely with business partners and stakeholders to align our long-range capital plan with strategic initiatives, ensuring the effective allocation of resources across all business units. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Philadelphia is $136,080 (min) - $194,400 (mid) - $252,720 (max). Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
