TEKsystems is looking for an End User Services Support technician with a strong, proven technical and experience working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be leading and organizing enterprise migrations of Windows 10 to Windows 11. This candidate will have outstanding communication skills and be able to articulate problems and resolutions to all colleagues including our Executive team. Our End User Services technicians are expected to have a meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortable under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members. S/he must also be able to provide top tier/white-glove service for C-Level executives and VIPs. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in planning, scheduling, and deploying on the Windows 11 migration schedule for the enterprise, working with Project Manager and EUS leadership. 2. Coordinate, diagnose and troubleshoot incoming issues related to Win 11 migration. 3. Provide support services to employees with technical problems and information technology issues involving desktop, laptop, or network services from local personnel or from employees using network remote access. 4. Provide timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of employees to appropriate technical personnel or IT Vendors. 5. Provide case status updates to management and end users. 6. Support and maintain effective relationships with end users. 7. Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures and end user guidelines relating to IT support. 8. Perform the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of company issued computer and related systems. 9. Assist System Administrator with M365/O365 administration. Qualifications: * Minimum 4+ years of experience working in technical support, helpdesk, or desktop support role w/some Project Management. * Extensive knowledge of Windows deployment tools/applications (AutoPilot/Intune). * Strong skills in Microsoft suite of technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Office Online, Active directory (password resets etc.), Windows servers, and cloud environments. * IT Certification (A+, Net + or MCSA) or IT Related College Degree preferred. * IT Network knowledge and hands on experience with PC Hardware and Software setups, Backup systems admin, AD administration, VPN, etc. * Willingness to learn and grow into new responsibilities and technologies. * Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team; position requires coordination with IT team members and end users. * Possess strong technical, quantitative, and analytical skills. * Ability to communicate clearly with the customer in non-technical terms. * Proven success with handling helpdesk escalations. * Be well-organized, flexible, proactive, and give attention to details. * Must be able to perform physical labor of 40lbs or more. * Must be able to lead and support other team members through projects and daily tasks. *Skills* Windows 10, Support, Troubleshooting, Customer service, Windows, Deployment, Imaging, Office 365, Service desk, Servicenow, Active directory, Phone support, Technical support *Top Skills Details* Windows 10,Support,Troubleshooting,Customer service,Windows,Deployment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* The ideal candidate will not only be very technical but also have a great personality and ability to build strong relationships with our internal clients and team members.
