Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Monitor all Client Locations to include: Cameras, Alarms, Access Control, Visitor Management, Dispatch Mobile Officers, and other duties as assigned.
- Become proficient in all operations and procedures of the Client's Safety & Security department and related computer systems and software.
- Take ownership for decisions and results of work.
- Process Client requests in a timely manner to ensure desired service levels and compliance requirements are met.
- Maintain complete and accurate file and incident documentation.

- May perform specific analysis duties on individual monitored locations as directed.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information regarding Client locations and requests.

- Document all verified security incidents and prepare detailed reports for review.
- Maintain open communication with site contacts and local law enforcement, Fire, or EMS as needed.

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in computer usage, including: Microsoft Office Suite and Client software.
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
