Intern Schedule:

Full-time (32 hours), Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. * Kindly note - You must reside in the state of Wisconsin to be eligible for this role.*

What you will accomplish as an HR Intern at TAPCO:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical FP&A Intern to join our Finance team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will support strategic decision-making by assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data, while developing a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost structures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), production costs, and variances to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Partner with operations and accounting teams to collect and validate data.
• Participate in ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic projects and cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in manufacturing operations and data-driven decision-making.
