IT Data Intern

About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic IT Data Intern to join our technology and analytics team. This internship is ideal for a recent graduate or current master's student eager to apply academic knowledge in a real-world setting while gaining hands-on experience in enterprise systems, data analytics, and process improvement. The ideal candidate combines a foundational understanding of IT systems with a passion for learning, problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing datasets to support business decision-making.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Work alongside IT professionals to troubleshoot system issues and enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain dashboards or reports using business intelligence tools.
• Help document processes, workflows, and technical procedures related to system management and data integrity.
• Contribute to cybersecurity awareness and IT compliance projects.
• Participate in IT team meetings, contribute ideas, and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data-driven tools or platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles and IT compliance.
• Leadership experience in sports, clubs, or student organizations.
