Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Showcase Innovation to Drive Engagement

  • Lead Lenovo's DWS Global Labs program, delivering immersive hands-on experiences.
  • Design and execute customer journeys that highlight Lenovo's differentiated capabilities in AI, sustainability, and automation.
  • Organize Innovation Days, Executive Briefings, and Experiential Labs to deepen customer engagement.

2. Accelerate Conversions through Co-Creation

  • Spearhead the use of Design Pods, POC Sandboxes, and Digital Sales Rooms to drive rapid prototyping and collaborative solutioning.
  • Integrate storytelling and value mapping into sales cycles to increase win/conversion rates.
  • Facilitate workshops that shorten decision timelines and align customer needs with DWS offerings.

3. Deliver Differentiated, Intelligent Experiences

  • Leverage Gen AI tools (e.g., Letter.AI, TCO/ROI calculators, Lifecycle Management platforms) to create insight-driven, outcome-focused engagements.
  • Partner with Offering and Sales teams to embed intelligent experience enablers across customer touchpoints.
  • Continuously refine the digital journey across personas using data-driven feedback loops.

4. Strengthen Internal Enablement and Platform Excellence

  • Act as the DWS Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for key internal tools and platforms including D365, EaaS platform, and the Offering Catalogue.
  • Define experience standards and ensure consistency across platforms and engagement assets.
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations to continuously improve platform usability, adoption, and seller productivity.

Key Metrics for Success

  • Increase in customer engagement scores from lab/demo interactions
  • Higher conversion/win rates from co-creation engagements
  • Platform adoption and seller satisfaction with tools like D365 and EaaS
  • Number of innovation experiences delivered and customer feedback on differentiation

Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years in Innovation, Pre-Sales, Sales Enablement, or Customer Experience roles with a strong track record in B2B enterprise technology
  • Solid technical foundation with hands-on experience or deep understanding of:
    • Modern Workplace platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Endpoint Management, VDI, Unified Endpoint Solutions)
    • Cloud and Edge Technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, Private Cloud, Edge AI)
    • AI & Automation Toolsets including Gen AI platforms, Chatbots, and RPA
    • Data Visualization and Value Tools (e.g., Power BI, TCO/ROI Calculators, Digital Twins)
  • Familiarity with POC/Prototype environments and demo platforms (e.g., sandboxing, VMware, Hyper-V labs)
  • Comfortable engaging in technical conversations with customers, while translating business value clearly.
  • Skilled in stakeholder alignment, cross-functional leadership, and execution excellence across global teams
