Printer Refresh: Ongoing updates and replacements of printers.
Digital Experience (DEX) Software Rollout: Deployment of DEX software across all devices. Windows 11 Upgrade: Upgrading all devices to Windows 11. Our team will be responsible for: Inventory Management: Cataloging all devices across various sites. Compatibility Testing: Ensuring devices are up-to-date and compatible with the new projects. Non-compliant devices will be replaced to ensure smooth updates. DEX Software Deployment: Physically verifying and updating every device with the licensed DEX software. Desktop Support: Providing traditional desktop support, including troubleshooting peripheral equipment and software for all end users. . Candidates must have a vehicle and will be able to expense mileage for site-to-site travel. Flexibility in work hours is essential, with the possibility of weekend and off-hours shifts, given advance notice. All 5 techs will be traveling to remote locations at some point. The requirements will differ based on their current stage in the project. They will be made aware in advance of what their travel will look like. Our main priority is ensuring they have a car and are willing to travel to all locations. *Skills* Hardware ,Deployment, Microsoft office Windows 10,Support,Troubleshooting,Customer service *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - This position involves client interaction, so excellent communication, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential. The manager is looking for someone eager to work, learn, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Being able to collaborate effectively within a large team is also crucial. - The client emphasized the significance of these projects, necessitating top-tier candidates. Due to the high visibility of these projects, they will be more selective in their candidate choices. - The consultants will need a vehicle to travel to allocations. - Use technical questions in the interview prep to further screen your candidates and gauge their knowledge. Talk about it with their references as well. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
