Position Summary Lead the corporate logistics function to include, but not limited to, developing strategy and vision, and policy and procedures, defining roles and responsibilities for the global organization, and mentoring functional personnel throughout global organization. Provide operational Trade Compliance leadership related to the movement of material and assets. Duties And Responsibilities ESSENTIAL * Establish a vision and strategy for our global logistics requirements that optimizes the Total Cost of Ownership while achieving the required service levels. Work with appropriate leaders and global logistics team to achieve the vision and strategy within applicable budget constraints. Qualifications REQUIRED * BA/BS with 7-10 years Logistics and Trade Compliance experience or equivalent education and experience. DESIRED * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, E-Matrix, Peoplesoft helpful. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS * Business Acumen - Understands business implications of decisions; Displays orientation to profitability; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition; Aligns work with strategic goals.
