About the Job

Enhancing the leadership of all public-serving institutions-nonprofit organizations, philanthropic efforts, and the public sector-is a central focus of the Humphrey School. This work increases the ability of these institutions to work together to solve problems, serve the public interest, and advance the common good.

Job Duties and/or Responsibilities:

Part-time, research assistant (temp casual) to support faculty member Kathy Quick with conducting literature scans and reviews, performing quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis, supporting manuscript revisions and editing, assisting with the editorial management activities of a special journal issue, and program development. Potential topic areas include cross-sector and place-based leadership, public safety and emergency response, and the history and impacts of community-based membership associations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant research experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree strongly preferred
Pay and Benefits

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
