Department:University Event PlanningDepartment's Website: Education & Work Experience: Minimum qualifications include: must be a UAFS in a major field of study such as Media Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other similar degree. The student must also be in good standing and enrolled in a minimum of 9 credit hours. Prior experience working with events, social, media, and website management is a plus. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Create CACE/Box Office Marketing Campaigns utilizing social media applications such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reels, YouTube and Hootsuite for marketing and competitions. o Campaigns could include: setting meetings to discuss upcoming events and promotions, sorting content for each social media, editing content, monitoring content analytics, etc. o Attend assigned events for content purposes and manage takeovers. * Create and organize event marketing slides for the Campus Center televisions and content of the monthly Lions Life calendars. * Maintain CACE marketing forms on NUMALink and communicate with Departments and RSOs with up-to-date information. * Assist with overall CACE tasks: flyer distribution and clean-up of buildings of student/staff events, restocking supplies and copy paper in the CACE, checking and distributing office mail and maintaining a clean CACE Workroom area. * Assist with Lion Lounge front desk responsibilities such as approval of flyers, making copies, RSO key check-outs, greet guests and visitor parking passes, answer phones, supply and table reservations in the Campus Center. * Manage and create content for CACE YouTube for SWANK streaming.
