About Marvell

Marvell's semiconductor solutions are the essential building blocks of the data infrastructure that connects our world. Across enterprise, cloud and AI, automotive, and carrier architectures, our innovative technology is enabling new possibilities.

At Marvell, you can affect the arc of individual lives, lift the trajectory of entire industries, and fuel the transformative potential of tomorrow. For those looking to make their mark on purposeful and enduring innovation, above and beyond fleeting trends, Marvell is a place to thrive, learn, and lead.

Your Team, Your Impact

Test Solutions Engineering (TSE) plays a central role in Marvell, ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our MRVL Custom ASIC products. This role begins early in the design process and is central to enabling the rapid production ramps and demands of our hyper-scaler customers.

What You Can Expect

  • Develop Lab Test Solutions: Create detailed test plans, define experiments, and perform analyses to validate the yield, performance, and reliability of custom products. Enhance the lab's infrastructure by creating new programs and updating existing code using TCL-TK, Python, and shell scripting.
  • Develop Lab Front-End-Hardware: Create printed circuit board specialized hardware solutions to enable lab-based testing.
  • Ensure Quality and Performance: Develop test solutions based on product application conditions, IP capabilities, design timing margins, and process technology specifications. Refine these solutions through extensive ATE and Lab characterization and customer system feedback.
  • Identify and Address Faults: Utilize a product's DFT solution to explore and bound the operating space, assess points of failure, and characterize manufacturing variations. Establish test margins to protect product yields and improve quality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design, DFT and test engineering teams to define DFT requirements and translate them into lab-based experiments.

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate MUST have a BS/MS degree in EE/CS or related technical field(s).
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in ASIC, or Custom Product test, development, or product characterization.
