Job Title: Kitting Assembler

Direct Hire Full Time

Hours 7:30-4:30pm


We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Kitting Assembler to support the production of medical devices. This is a straightforward, hands-on role involving the manual assembly of parts and preparation of kits-no tools required. Ideal for someone with good focus and a desire to work in a clean, organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Manually assemble small medical device components by following written instructions or visual guides



  • Prepare and package kits with correct parts and materials for production or shipment



  • Perform visual inspections of components to ensure quality and consistency



  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation and follow cleanroom protocols (if applicable)



  • Accurately label and document work in production records



  • Support team productivity goals by working efficiently and communicating effectively




Qualifications:




  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred



  • Previous assembly or packaging experience helpful but not required



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small parts



  • Comfortable working in a clean, quiet, and repetitive work environment



  • Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions carefully
