Job Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for infants

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities and curriculum

• Track and report developmental milestones using Brightwheel

• Maintain accurate records and child files

• Conduct bi-annual parent-teacher conferences

• Mentor and train assistant/co-teachers (if applicable)

• Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety at all times

• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

• Create and rotate educational toys and displays monthly

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum 6 months paid experience in Early Childhood Education (ECE)

• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (required before start)

• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred)

• Food Handler Card (preferred)

• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to excellence
